Upgrading Nuclear Medicine at HCA St. Petersburg General Hospital

Our team at L.E.B.S. Electric recently completed a project at HCA St. Petersburg General Hospital, removing the existing Nuclear Medicine equipment and installing a brand-new system to support updated imaging technology.

As part of the project, the room also received fresh finish upgrades to modernize the space and create a more comfortable environment for both patients and medical staff.

This project was made possible through great collaboration with the project’s general contractor J2 Solutions, Inc., Orozco Architecture, Inc., Burns Engineering, Inc., and GE Healthcare. Proud of the teamwork that helped bring this important healthcare project across the finish line.

Renovating Cath Lab and Nuclear Medicine Procedure Room at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital

This video showcases our team’s work renovating an existing cath lab and Nuclear Medicine procedure room at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital.

While upgrading the Cath Lab, we kept the shared control room fully operational, allowing hospital staff to continue performing life-saving procedures in the second Cath Lab without any interruption.

Our work renovating and expanding a Nuclear Medicine procedure room enables the hospital team to deliver premier medical imaging services to the community.

We are a trusted partner for many of Florida’s healthcare infrastructure projects.

L.E.B.S. Joins AdventHealth and Construction Partner Robins & Morton at Zephyrhills Construction Site

L.E.B.S. Electric was proud to attend the Topping Out Celebration at the AdventHealth Zephyrhills Medical Office Building construction site.

This exciting milestone marks the placement of the building’s final structural beam, an important moment in bringing this project one step closer to completion. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot medical office building will play a key role in expanding access to patient care for the Zephyrhills community.

We’re grateful to be part of such a meaningful project and to celebrate alongside construction partner Robins & Morton and HuntonBrady Architects. Our team looks forward to the next phases of construction as we continue helping bring this vital healthcare facility to life.

Project completion is anticipated in Fall 2026.

Celebrating Our Staff with March Work Anniversaries

This month, we’re celebrating our team members with March work anniversaries. The time, effort, and pride you put into the work day in and day out represent the very best parts of our company.

Whether you’re out in the field or supporting the team from the office, you play a big part in what makes L.E.B.S. Electric Florida’s premier electrical contractor.

Thank you for everything you bring to the table. We’re grateful to have you on the team and proud to work alongside you.

Cutting the Ribbon on Our New Sarasota Office

What a great day for L.E.B.S. Electric as we officially cut the ribbon on our new Sarasota location and celebrate this milestone.

Thank you to the Sarasota Chamber of Commerce for their continued support and for helping make the day so special. We’re grateful to be a member and to be supporting the growth of such a strong, connected business community.

We’re looking forward to what’s ahead and are excited to continue serving our customers in the greater Sarasota area and across Florida.

Big Milestone in Our Work at AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital

A big milestone for our work at AdventHealth East Orlando where we recently passed our AHCA inspection and all three 2MW generators are now allowed to be fully operational. A lot of hard work went into getting to this point, and we’re proud of the team that made it happen.

Next up, we’ll be swapping out the main switch for the utility feeders. During that time, the hospital will be running on the generators we just installed and patient care will not be interrupted.

After that, we’ll wrap things up with a full facility simulated power loss test during off-peak hours to make sure the load shedding system functions properly.

Keeping critical facilities powered and ready when it counts is the kind of work that matters. We’re grateful to be trusted with a job like this by AdventHealth.

Exhibiting at Seminole Futures Week and Talking with FSU Students

The Job and Internship Fair on FSU’s campus was swarming with more than 1,000 students and L.E.B.S. Electric was proud to be there on campus as part of Seminole Futures Week.

The energy in the room was contagious with inspiring conversations, big goals and some seriously impressive future electricians, engineers and industry leaders in the making.

Conversations like these remind us why we love what we do. With these driven young minds, the future is bright and we’re excited about what’s ahead here in Florida.

Meet Mark Ferrier, Project Manager and a Driving Force behind L.E.B.S. Electric’s Vision

Mark Ferrier’s journey in the electrical trade is fueled by a genuine passion for hands-on work and leadership in the field. Before joining L.E.B.S. Electric, Mark built a strong foundation in New York City, where he worked as an Electrical Helper to Manager, gaining invaluable, boots-on-the-ground experience and setting the tone for the career he would continue to build.

In 2016, Mark brought his technical and people management skills to L.E.B. Electric, and the following year, he became the first employee to join L.E.B.S. President Brian Chierichella in Palm Springs, Florida, as a Foreman, helping establish and grow the company’s presence there. It was a defining moment that reflected both the trust placed in Mark and his commitment to the company’s vision.

Today, Mark serves as Project Manager, overseeing the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects from initial bid through final closeout. He manages budgets, schedules, material procurement, and field labor while ensuring every project meets safety standards and contract specifications. As the primary liaison between clients, general contractors, and internal teams, Mark plays a critical role in keeping projects running smoothly and relationships strong. His dedication, leadership, and deep respect for the trade continue to make a lasting impact at L.E.B.S. Electric.
