President

Brian Chierichella is a highly experienced and skilled electrician who has been working in the industry for over 25 years. He is the President of L.E.B.S. Electric, a company that provides top-notch electrical services to customers in Florida. Brian is responsible for overseeing all operations at the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

One of Brian's main priorities is to ensure that all work is performed in a timely manner, without compromising on safety. He understands the importance of completing projects on schedule and without any incidents, and works closely with his team to make sure that all safety protocols are followed to the letter.

With his extensive experience and knowledge, Brian is able to lead his team through all phases of a job, from the initial planning stages to the final completion. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients are completely satisfied with the work that is done.

Brian's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of L.E.B.S. Electric. He is dedicated to continuing to provide the best electrical services to his customers and is proud of the company he has built.

Vice President

After a decade of service in the Army, Ian transitioned to an electrical career in 2013. He worked his way up the ranks, starting as a helper and eventually becoming a journeyman electrician. In 2022, he joined L.E.B.S. Electric as the Preconstruction Manager.

As Vice President, Ian is responsible for developing preliminary budgets, value engineering, and preconstruction schedules for upcoming projects. He is also responsible for the accuracy of the estimate and ensures that it is as accurate as possible. Ian prequalifies subcontractors, defines bid package scopes, manages the subcontractor/supplier bidding process, and evaluates bids. He also presents detailed estimates of the work, evaluation of alternatives, and comparative studies to the team.

Ian's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the L.E.B.S. Electric team. He is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

CFO

Mike joined the L.E.B.S. Electric team in 2024. He began his career in public accounting after graduating from Marist College. He has been in construction accounting since 2018. Mike oversees the day-to-day accounting processes and financial reporting procedures.

Senior Project Manager

Mike began his career in the electrical industry shortly after his service in the United States Marine Corps. He has spent the last 20 years specializing in healthcare construction. He began in the field as an apprentice, went through the ECF apprenticeship program, and earned a Journeyman's license in Sarasota County. He also acquired an EC license in the state of Florida, while managing projects of various scopes and sizes.

Mike is a motivated team player who enjoys leading from the front and tackling problems head-on. He is well-versed in the healthcare construction industry, and his knowledge and experience have been instrumental in the success of many projects. He is dedicated to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service, and is committed to ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Project Manager

Project Manager

Mark is an experienced electrical professional who has built his career with L.E.B.S. Electric. He began as an apprentice and has worked his way up to the role of project manager. With years of experience in the field, Mark has the knowledge and skills to manage a wide range of industrial and commercial projects.

Mark is hands-on and field-trained, which allows him to assess project conditions and adjust accordingly. He is able to make quick decisions and take the necessary actions to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Mark's experience and hands-on approach make him a valuable member of the L.E.B.S. Electric team, and he is committed to ensuring the success of all projects he manages. He is dedicated to the company and its customer, providing the best electrical service possible.

Project Manager

Felix Garcia brings 28 years of experience in the electrical and construction industry, with an extensive background in managing large-scale multifamily, commercial, hospitality, and high-rise projects. Throughout his career, he has worked on a wide range of developments, including multifamily communities with up to 450 units, hotels, and complex commercial buildings.

Prior to joining L.E.B.S. Electric, Felix Garcia served as a Project Manager at Adkins Electric, where he gained valuable experience overseeing electrical construction projects and coordinating project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

My expertise includes managing projects from initial planning through completion, overseeing budgets and schedules, coordinating subcontractors, preparing and negotiating change orders, reviewing submittals, managing material procurement, resolving field issues, and ensuring coordination between project teams and other trades. He is experienced in balancing project requirements, cost control, scheduling, and quality while keeping projects moving toward successful completion.

Now in his first year with L.E.B.S. Electric, Felix Garcia brings nearly three decades of industry knowledge, practical problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to teamwork and successful project delivery.

Assistant Project Manager

Eric began his electrical career back in 2003. He successfully completed the IEC apprenticeship program and earned his Journeymens card in 2008. His experience gained while working in the healthcare industry propelled him to the position of General Superintendent by 2015. He is no stranger to the stringent requirements of A.H.C.A. and has worked side by side with all the major players in the Healthcare industry. He brings with him, his wealth of knowledge and accomplishments to the L.E.B.S. team in his new role as Assistant Project Manager.

Assistant Project Manager

I began my electrical career in New York City in 2017 as a helper and apprentice. At LEBS Electric, I progressed from field work to foreman before becoming an Assistant Project Manager. My hands-on experience helps me coordinate daily operations, track field progress, and manage project documentation. I work closely with our field and project teams to resolve challenges and keep projects moving efficiently, with a focus on quality and safety.

Assistant Project Manager

Piotr Palasz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has worked in the electrical industry since 2012. His experience spans multiple levels of the field, beginning with one year in residential work before transitioning into commercial construction. Over the years, he has progressed through increasingly responsible roles, building strong experience in project coordination, field operations, and project management. He also has two years of experience in healthcare construction, including complex electrical projects in active hospital environments.

Outside of work, Piotr is a former competitive sport shooter who competed at the World Championship level. His passions also include motorcycle riding, traveling the world, hiking, and staying active. These interests reflect the same discipline, focus, and drive that he brings to his professional career.

Project Coordinator

Lexy joined the electrical construction industry in 2018. She manages a project from the pre-construction bid phase to it being awarded and all the way through to its completion. She assists the estimators as well as the project managers with maintaining the calendar and coordinating meetings, quote requests, securing materials, necessary documentation such as submittals and closeouts, and any other tasks to ensure projects run smoothly. Lexy’s attention to detail and organizational skills makes her a vital part of the team.

Safety Manager

Angel joined L.E.B.S. Electric in 2021, bringing more than seven years of experience in finance and administration. As the company continued to grow, Angel transitioned into the role of Safety Manager to address the increasing need for dedicated safety leadership.

Today, he works closely with leadership and field teams to strengthen the company’s safety culture, oversee training and compliance, identify workplace hazards, and support incident prevention. Angel remains committed to protecting employees and promoting a proactive approach to safety across L.E.B.S. Electric.

HR/Project Coordinator

Vanessa join L.E.B.S. Electric 2023 adding to the team her attention to detail and her ability to manage multiple projects at once. Working hands-on to push all projects forward to meet time frame expectations. Permits and communicating with the building departments throughout the state of Florida are one of her many expertise. Surpassing the role as a project coordinator has added a new opportunity to work as a human resource administrator. Managing payroll, approving employee travel reports and assisting employees. Vanessa is a dedicated goal oriented and team player who will continue to advance within the company.

Accounts Payable Manager

Witny joined the team at the beginning of 2023. Her tenacious spirit propelled her past the experience barrier she faced during the start of her journey with the company. She coordinates with dozens of vendors while distributing hundreds of invoices weekly. She manages all outgoing payments to maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Witny’s perseverance has helped shape her into the successful Accounts Payable Manager that she is today.

Controller

Amanda joined the team at the beginning of 2022. She excelled at being our project coordinator. Her versatility did not go unnoticed, as she was then asked to take on the role of Accounts Receivable Manager. Amanda collaborates with the project managers to submit monthly, as well as day-to-day, billings. She stays in contact with customers to coordinate payment. Amanda is a dependable team player who is ready to grow with the company.

Senior Estimator

Started in the Electrical Trade wiring Custom homes in 1982 as freshman in High School for a summer job in Dallas. Transitioned into the commercial industry in 1990. Worked in Big Ben and Gannon Power plants in the early 1990's. Worked as a Lead Foreman into PM at Tampa International Airport. Started Estimating in 2003 and never looked back. Osha 30 Certified/ High Voltage 3m Certification

Estimator

Coley began his time in the electrical field shortly after graduating high school in 2018. Throughout his apprenticeship, he gained experience in the healthcare industry along with commerical buildouts. After completing his apprenticeship course in 2022, he joined L.E.B.S. as a foreman for 3 years. In early 2025, he made the transition into the preconstruction team as an estimator. Coley's field experience makes him a valuable addition to the estimating department.
