 L.E.B.S. Electric is proud to announce the successful completion of the new freestanding Emergency Room for Orlando Health at Waterford Lakes in Orlando, FL.

This state-of-the-art facility expands access to emergency care for the local community and we’re honored to have contributed to this vital project with expert electrical installation and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Meet the Team at L.E.B.S Electric, Jeff Roden, Project Manager

As a Project Manager at L.E.B.S Electric, Jeff Roden plays a vital role in keeping our projects across the state of Florida running smoothly and efficiently. From free-standing emergency rooms in Pensacola, to Sprouts Markets in Venice, 20+ acres of retail shell space in Fort Myers, and assisted living facilities in Naples Jeff is hands-on with some of Florida’s most important commercial electrical builds.

In addition to overseeing construction sites, Jeff ensures that our service level agreements with key customers across Southwest Florida are consistently met with precision and professionalism.

Before joining L.E.B.S Electric, Jeff held key leadership roles in fast-paced environments. At Amazon, they worked as a support engineer for a laboratory start-up, and at UHS, they served as a site lead for medical device compliance and maintenance supporting hospitals and their satellite locations throughout the healthcare system.

With a passion for process, systems, and team success, Jeff thrives in roles where coordination, standards, and forward momentum are key. Whether on the job site or in the office he brings a strong sense of purpose to every project and is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients and for the communities we serve.
