Delivering a new MRI Suite and other Healthcare Upgrades at HCA Florida Largo Hospital

Our team is always committed to making a lasting impact on healthcare across Florida, and our work at HCA Florida’s Largo Regional Hospital is no exception.

In collaboration with James E. Toth (JET) Architecture, ICT Inc., and GE Healthcare, we delivered a new MRI suite within the first-floor radiology department, along with dedicated ancillary spaces for staff, including offices, a break room, and restroom facilities.

The project also included upgrades to an existing CT scan holding area and the replacement of the RTU serving the suite and surrounding spaces, enhancing both functionality and comfort throughout the department.

Creating Two New Interventional Radiology Cath Labs at Winterhaven Hospital, Opening the Door to Phase Two Coming Soon

Thanks to BayCare, we recently completed phase 1 of our work at Winterhaven Hospital, involving selective demo of existing spaces to create two new interventional radiology cath labs. This project was completed in partnership with Cork Howard Construction (general contractor), Gresham Smith (architect), Emerald Engineering (engineer) and Philips Healthcare (equipment vendor).

This milestone opens the door to phase two which will include new pre-op and post-op spaces to support the IR labs, as well as the renovation of two additional X-ray rooms.

Great work by everyone involved and looking forward to what’s next.

Installing New Generators and Power Systems at AdventHealth’s East Orlando Campus

LEBS Electric recently completed a project at AdventHealth’s East Orlando campus including the installation of three new 2MW generators with provisions for a future fourth plus a new building housing the Emergency Distribution Equipment (EDP) and all associated power systems. Our team also delivered a completely new network control system for the facility’s 27 existing ATS units, strengthening reliability across the entire campus.

In the photos, you’ll see the impressive 450-ton Sims crane setting two new 2MW Ring Power generators along with two fuel day tanks. The Sims Rigging team skillfully received the generators and tanks and pulled them into place once the crane got them partially into the building. The entire operation was completed in less than six hours, all while the hospital maintained full operational capacity.

We’re grateful for the collaboration with Brasfield & Gorrie (General Contractor) and TLC Engineering (Engineer). Together, we’re building the resilient, dependable power systems that keep healthcare facilities ready when it matters most.

Adding Laboratory Equipment and Installing New Electrical Systems in a Redesigned Healthcare Space

Our team recently completed a project at HCA Florida Northside, where we added Siemens Atellica laboratory equipment in a redesigned lab space and installed new electrical systems in the renovated space.

Enhancing ICU and Patient Room Experience at HCA Florida Brandon Regional Hospital with Major Lighting Upgrade

L.E.B.S. Electric is proud to have completed a major lighting upgrade project at HCA FL Brandon Regional Hospital, focusing on critical areas including the ICU and standard patient rooms on the 2nd floor.

Our scope included replacing all light fixtures throughout and upgrading light switches in the ICU for improved functionality and patient care.

This project was a collaborative effort completed alongside The PHM Group (Construction), I.C. Thomasson Associates, Inc. (Engineering) and TMPartners, PLLC (Architecture).

We completed the electrical installation for the exam and trauma rooms equipped with state-of-the-art X-ray and CT scan machines at the freestanding emergency room for HCA Florida Healthcare’s Northport location.

L.E.B.S. Electric Brings New Optum Dialysis Facility to Life

As Florida’s premier electrical contractor for healthcare facilities, L.E.B.S. Electric is proud to have played a key role in the full renovation of a new Optum Dialysis location. 

Working alongside Sharp General Contractor we completed 10 exam rooms, 4 triage and a bariatric/ treatment room. This facility offers a range of services, including primary care, specialty care, and urgent care, and looking to provide virtual care options.
