President

Brian Chierichella is a highly experienced and skilled electrician who has been working in the industry for over 25 years. He is the President and COO of L.E.B.S. Electric, a company that provides top-notch electrical services to customers in Florida. Brian is responsible for overseeing all operations at the company, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

One of Brian's main priorities is to ensure that all work is performed in a timely manner, without compromising on safety. He understands the importance of completing projects on schedule and without any incidents, and works closely with his team to make sure that all safety protocols are followed to the letter.

With his extensive experience and knowledge, Brian is able to lead his team through all phases of a job, from the initial planning stages to the final completion. He is committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all clients are completely satisfied with the work that is done.

Brian's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the growth and success of L.E.B.S Electric. He is dedicated to continuing to provide the best electrical services to his customers and is proud of the company he has built.

Preconstruction Manager

After a decade of service in the Army, Ian transitioned to an electrical career in 2013. He worked his way up the ranks, starting as a helper and eventually becoming a journeyman electrician. In 2022, he joined L.E.B.S Electric as the Preconstruction Manager.

As the Preconstruction Manager, Ian is responsible for developing preliminary budgets, value engineering, and preconstruction schedules for upcoming projects. He is also responsible for the accuracy of the estimate and ensures that it is as accurate as possible. Ian prequalifies subcontractors, defines bid package scopes, manages the subcontractor/supplier bidding process, and evaluates bids. He also presents detailed estimates of the work, evaluation of alternatives, and comparative studies to the team.

Ian's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the L.E.B.S Electric team. He is dedicated to ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Senior Project Manager

Mike began his career in the electrical industry shortly after his service in the United States Marine Corps. He has spent the last 16 years specializing in healthcare construction. He began in the field as an apprentice, went through the ECF apprenticeship program, and earned a Journeyman's license in Sarasota County. He also acquired an EC license in the state of Florida, while managing projects of various scopes and sizes.

Mike is a motivated team player who enjoys leading from the front and tackling problems head-on. He is well-versed in the healthcare construction industry, and his knowledge and experience have been instrumental in the success of many projects. He is dedicated to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service, and is committed to ensuring that all projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Project Manager

Jeff has been in the electrical trade for most of his life, starting at a young age. He has honed his skills over the years and has become a licensed journeyman electrician with a wealth of experience in healthcare and commercial applications. He also has 6 years of experience in medical devices and electronics. He joined the L.E.B.S Electric team in 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

He is dedicated to the team and is committed to providing high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Jeff focuses on ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards, with a keen attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to safety and is a valuable member of the L.E.B.S Electric team.

Project Manager

Mark is an experienced electrical professional who has built his career with L.E.B.S Electric. He began as an apprentice and has worked his way up to the role of project manager. With years of experience in the field, Mark has the knowledge and skills to manage a wide range of industrial and commercial projects.

Mark is hands-on and field-trained, which allows him to assess project conditions and adjust accordingly. He is able to make quick decisions and take the necessary actions to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Mark's experience and hands-on approach make him a valuable member of the L.E.B.S Electric team, and he is committed to ensuring the success of all projects he manages. He is dedicated to the company and its customer, providing the best electrical service possible.

Project Manager

My career began in the oil and gas industry in Venezuela, where I worked as a Field Engineer specializing in instrumentation, automation, and controls projects. This hands-on experience provided me with valuable technical insights into the industry. Over time, I transitioned into the design phase and took on the role of Design Engineer, expanding my expertise and skill set.

As my career progressed, I shifted focus to city infrastructure projects as a contractor, gaining practical experience in a wide range of construction initiatives. Later, I moved to the United States, where I began working as an electrician. Through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, I took on increasing responsibilities and advanced to the position of Foreman.

As LEBS Electric grew, new opportunities within the company allowed me to take on a key role in estimating electrical work. With my extensive knowledge and background, I also contributed valuable insights into electrical controls, including lighting controls, relays, contactors, equipment tie-ins, interlocks and shutdowns.

As the company expanded further, I transitioned into estimating and managing low-voltage projects, including fire alarms, intrusion and security systems, network infrastructure, and more.

I’m proud to be part of the LEBS Electric team and excited to see what the future holds.

Assistant Project Manager

Eric began his electrical career back in 2003. He successfully completed the IEC apprenticeship program and earned his Journeymens card in 2008. His experience gained while working in the healthcare industry propelled him to the position of General Superintendent by 2015. He is no stranger to the stringent requirements of A.H.C.A. and has worked side by side with all the major players in the Healthcare industry. He brings with him, his wealth of knowledge and accomplishments to the L.E.B.S. team in his new role as Assistant Project Manager.

Assistant Project Manager

Jesús brings over 20 years of managerial experience in organizational settings, with a strong focus on personnel management in the oil, agricultural, and electrical sectors. His diverse career has equipped him with the ability to adapt to various aspects of his role as a Project Manager, significantly enhancing his technical expertise. Jesús began his career in the electrical field 8 years ago as an apprentice and has steadily climbed the ranks. He joined LEBS over two years ago as a Foreman. Thanks to his determination and outstanding performance, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, he was promoted to Project Manager, where he now specializes in healthcare and commercial construction. Jesús highly values teamwork with all crew members and is fully committed to quality and achieving goals. He consistently puts in the effort needed to deliver excellent results and excels at planning and executing projects with a clear vision, effectively navigating challenges and optimizing outcomes.

Project Coordinator

Lexy joined the electrical construction industry in 2018. She manages a project from the pre-construction bid phase to it being awarded and all the way through to its completion. She assists the estimators as well as the project managers with maintaining the calendar and coordinating meetings, quote requests, securing materials, necessary documentation such as submittals and closeouts, and any other tasks to ensure projects run smoothly. Lexy’s attention to detail and organizational skills makes her a vital part of the team.

HR/Safety Manager

Angel joined L.E.B.S Electric in 2021, bringing with him over 7 years of experience in finance, specifically working with medical clinics throughout South Florida. He is responsible for maintaining the human resources aspect of the business, which includes coordinating hiring efforts, onboarding new employees, and managing payroll. His energy and dedication were recognized during his time with L.E.B.S. Electric and he has now been elevated to being the controller.

Angel is a dedicated team player who works closely with both the L.E.B.S Electric team and the company's clients to ensure that all financial and human resources needs are met. He is a valuable member of the team and is committed to ensuring the company's financial stability and success. His experience in finance and human resources is an asset to the company, and he is always looking to improve and contribute to the company's success.

HR/Project Coordinator

Vanessa join L.E.B.S. Electric 2023 adding to the team her attention to detail and her ability to manage multiple projects at once. Working hands-on to push all projects forward to meet time frame expectations. Permits and communicating with the building departments throughout the state of Florida are one of her many expertise. Surpassing the role as a project coordinator has added a new opportunity to work as a human resource administrator. Managing payroll, approving employee travel reports and assisting employees. Vanessa is a dedicated goal oriented and team player who will continue to advance within the company.

Accounts Payable Manager

Witny joined the team at the beginning of 2023. Her tenacious spirit propelled her past the experience barrier she faced during the start of her journey with the company. She coordinates with dozens of vendors while distributing hundreds of invoices weekly. She manages all outgoing payments to maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Witny’s perseverance has helped shape her into the successful Accounts Payable Manager that she is today.

Controller

Amanda joined the team at the beginning of 2022. She excelled at being our project coordinator. Her versatility did not go unnoticed, as she was then asked to take on the role of Accounts Receivable Manager. Amanda collaborates with the project managers to submit monthly, as well as day-to-day, billings. She stays in contact with customers to coordinate payment. Amanda is a dependable team player who is ready to grow with the company.

CFO

Mike joined the L.E.B. Electric team in 2024. He began his career in public accounting after graduating from Marist College. He has been in construction accounting since 2018. Mike oversees the day-to-day accounting processes and financial reporting procedures.
