New Orlando Health FSER Brings Emergency Care to Lutz

From the first connection to the final installation, our team played a major role in completing the brand-new 11,344-square-foot Free Standing Emergency Room for Orlando Health in Lutz.

This new facility is built to give the community convenient access to emergency care, featuring 10 exam rooms, CT Scan and X-ray imaging rooms, a laboratory, and a full generator backup system to help keep critical operations running when they’re needed most.

We’re grateful to have worked alongside Hoar Construction as the general contractor, Hereford Dooley as the architect, ICT, a Salas O’Brien company, as the MEP engineer, and Siemens as the procedure room equipment vendor. Great projects happen when great teams work together.

Investing in the Future of Skilled Electricians with Enrollment of 30 Employees in Apprenticeship Programs Across Florida

We know the future of our industry depends on developing the next generation of skilled electricians. That’s why we’re proud to enroll 30 of our employees in apprenticeship programs across Florida this year.

These future electricians will be learning, training and gaining hands-on experience through programs throughout the state. Special thank you to ABC East Coast Chapter, Florida Electrical Apprenticeship & Training, Inc., Suncoast Technical College, ABC Gulf Coast Chapter and Technical Education Council for helping them build skills, gain knowledge and prepare for long-term careers in the electrical trade.

For L.E.B.S. Electric, this is about building careers, strengthening the skilled trades and investing in the communities we serve. We’re proud to play a role in developing the talented men and women who will help power Florida for years to come.

Powering the Future of Emergency Care at UHS Harrison Ranch

We’re Florida’s premier electrical contractor for healthcare projects and our work with Universal Health Services on the new Harrison Ranch Free Standing Emergency Room as an extension of the Manatee Memorial healthcare system is no exception.

Our team installed a full backup generator system and carried full low voltage services including nurse call station, fire alarm and structured cabling, helping ensure this 13,374-square-foot facility can provide the community with convenient access to emergency care. The new FSER includes 10 exam rooms, a full laboratory, X-ray, and CT Scan capabilities, providing a wide range of services under one roof.

We make it look easy, but bringing a project like this to life takes great teamwork, and we’re grateful to have worked alongside Batten & Shaw as the General Contractor, PGAL LLC as the Architect, Burns & McDonnell as the Engineer, and Siemens as the Equipment Vendor.

Southeast Florida Team Members Become CPR & AED Certified Because Every Second Counts

A big thank you to Wishart Safety for hosting the training and helping our team build the skills and confidence to respond in an emergency.

We’re proud of our team for taking the time to learn, participate, and be prepared because knowing what to do can make all the difference when seconds count.

• A major expansion of the Central Energy Plant.
• Installation of two new 2-megawatt emergency generators.
• A new utility service.
• Permanent power infrastructure for a mobile MRI unit.
• Integration of new emergency power systems while transitioning the existing Emergency Distribution Plant into a new design.
• A new fire alarm system throughout the facility.

Projects of this scale require exceptional planning, coordination, safety, and craftsmanship. We’re honored to work alongside AdventHealth, Brasfield & Gorrie, and TLC Engineering Solutions to help transform Sebring Hospital from 171 to 275 inpatient beds, expanding access to quality healthcare for the community for years to come.

L.E.B.S. Electric Powers Major AdventHealth Sebring Expansion and the Future of Patient Care

Our L.E.B.S. Electric team recently completed extensive work on the AdventHealth Sebring Tower Expansion (AHSTE), a major project designed to strengthen the hospital today and prepare it for continued growth.

The expansion includes a three-story addition to the existing bed tower, with one floor fully built out and two additional floors planned for the future. Our work also included a major addition to the existing Central Energy Plant, two new 2-megawatt generators, and a new utility service.

A permanent power system was necessary for a mobile MRI unit, new generators were integrated to replace the existing generator systems and capture the old Emergency Distribution Plant into a new design, and we installed a new fire alarm system throughout the entire building.

Projects of this size and complexity take tremendous planning, coordination and craftsmanship. We’re proud to work with AdventHealth, Brassfield & Gorrie, and TLC Engineers to expand patient care in Sebring.

But wait, there’s more. Stay tuned for the next phases that will add more than 100,000 square feet of new clinical space, advancing the technology used to diagnose and treat heart disease and expand the hospital’s capacity, transforming Sebring Hospital from 171 to 275 inpatient beds.
