Driving Industrial and Commercial Growth in Babcock Ranch

Babcock Ranch is opening the door to new industrial growth in Charlotte County with the launch of Curry Commerce Center and we’re excited to be part of it.

L.E.B.S. Electric is proud to support Kitson & Partners and J. Raymond Construction on this project, which offers flexible space for industrial, warehouse, showroom, and office users. The team also collaborated with Center for Innovative Structures, Whadesign (Architect), and EPG Engineering to bring the project to life. Check out the site plan and photos to get a closer look.

This eight-building, 255,000-square-foot development helps fill a long-standing gap in the area, making it more attractive to manufacturers and other job-creating businesses while diversifying its local tax base. It’s also conveniently located about 25 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport and similarly from Punta Gorda Airport.

With several tenants already signed on, we’re looking forward to seeing this community grow and welcoming the businesses that will call it home.
