Renovating Cath Lab 3 at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital

Another successful healthcare project in the books. We recently completed renovation for Cath Lab #3 at HCA Brandon Regional Hospital, upgrading the space with new equipment from Philips Healthcare to support enhanced patient care.

This project required modifications to the existing equipment room to house the new components while keeping Cath Lab #2 fully operational during construction. A straightforward scope on paper, but one that demanded precision and planning every step of the way.

We are proud to be part of projects that help advance healthcare spaces across Florida and this was a great collaboration all around with Orozco Architecture, JMS Engineering, and The PHM Group to bring it together.

L.E.B.S. Electric Delivers Cath Lab Without Disrupting Patient Care

Our team recently wrapped up work on Cath Lab #2 at BayCare St. Joe’s North Hospital completed at the same time as the MRI room we shared earlier. Projects like this are always a team effort, and we’re grateful to work with partners like Studio Architecture, Emerald Engineering, The Terbo Group, and Siemens to make this happen.

Because the Cath Lab is located on the second floor, the install required careful coordination with hospital staff to access the ceiling of an active procedure room below. Our crew worked closely with the facility team to get the job done safely and efficiently without disrupting patient care.

MRI Equipment Install at BayCare St. Joe’s North Hospital

Another successful healthcare project completed by L.E.B.S. Electric. This Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) project at BayCare St. Joe’s North Hospital was delivered in collaboration with Studio Architecture, Emerald Engineering, The Terbo Group, and Siemens.

Our team facilitated the installation of a Siemens Sola XQ MRI machine, along with light renovations to the control and equipment rooms to support the new system.

Stay tuned for more updates, including Cath Lab #2.

Upgrading Nuclear Medicine at HCA St. Petersburg General Hospital

Our team at L.E.B.S. Electric recently completed a project at HCA St. Petersburg General Hospital, removing the existing Nuclear Medicine equipment and installing a brand-new system to support updated imaging technology.

As part of the project, the room also received fresh finish upgrades to modernize the space and create a more comfortable environment for both patients and medical staff.

This project was made possible through great collaboration with the project’s general contractor J2 Solutions, Inc., Orozco Architecture, Inc., Burns Engineering, Inc., and GE Healthcare. Proud of the teamwork that helped bring this important healthcare project across the finish line.

Renovating Cath Lab and Nuclear Medicine Procedure Room at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital

This video showcases our team’s work renovating an existing cath lab and Nuclear Medicine procedure room at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital.

While upgrading the Cath Lab, we kept the shared control room fully operational, allowing hospital staff to continue performing life-saving procedures in the second Cath Lab without any interruption.

Our work renovating and expanding a Nuclear Medicine procedure room enables the hospital team to deliver premier medical imaging services to the community.

We are a trusted partner for many of Florida’s healthcare infrastructure projects.

L.E.B.S. Joins AdventHealth and Construction Partner Robins & Morton at Zephyrhills Construction Site

L.E.B.S. Electric was proud to attend the Topping Out Celebration at the AdventHealth Zephyrhills Medical Office Building construction site.

This exciting milestone marks the placement of the building’s final structural beam, an important moment in bringing this project one step closer to completion. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot medical office building will play a key role in expanding access to patient care for the Zephyrhills community.

We’re grateful to be part of such a meaningful project and to celebrate alongside construction partner Robins & Morton and HuntonBrady Architects. Our team looks forward to the next phases of construction as we continue helping bring this vital healthcare facility to life.

Project completion is anticipated in Fall 2026.

Big Milestone in Our Work at AdventHealth East Orlando Hospital

A big milestone for our work at AdventHealth East Orlando where we recently passed our AHCA inspection and all three 2MW generators are now allowed to be fully operational. A lot of hard work went into getting to this point, and we’re proud of the team that made it happen.

Next up, we’ll be swapping out the main switch for the utility feeders. During that time, the hospital will be running on the generators we just installed and patient care will not be interrupted.

After that, we’ll wrap things up with a full facility simulated power loss test during off-peak hours to make sure the load shedding system functions properly.

Keeping critical facilities powered and ready when it counts is the kind of work that matters. We’re grateful to be trusted with a job like this by AdventHealth.

Delivering a new MRI Suite and other Healthcare Upgrades at HCA Florida Largo Hospital

Our team is always committed to making a lasting impact on healthcare across Florida, and our work at HCA Florida’s Largo Regional Hospital is no exception.

In collaboration with James E. Toth (JET) Architecture, ICT Inc., and GE Healthcare, we delivered a new MRI suite within the first-floor radiology department, along with dedicated ancillary spaces for staff, including offices, a break room, and restroom facilities.

The project also included upgrades to an existing CT scan holding area and the replacement of the RTU serving the suite and surrounding spaces, enhancing both functionality and comfort throughout the department.

Creating Two New Interventional Radiology Cath Labs at Winterhaven Hospital, Opening the Door to Phase Two Coming Soon

Thanks to BayCare, we recently completed phase 1 of our work at Winterhaven Hospital, involving selective demo of existing spaces to create two new interventional radiology cath labs. This project was completed in partnership with Cork Howard Construction (general contractor), Gresham Smith (architect), Emerald Engineering (engineer) and Philips Healthcare (equipment vendor).

This milestone opens the door to phase two which will include new pre-op and post-op spaces to support the IR labs, as well as the renovation of two additional X-ray rooms.

Great work by everyone involved and looking forward to what’s next.
